#[0] I just finished watching your interview with Joe and Preston. There were two comments you made that I was wondering if you would further share your thoughts and opinions on. The first is you made the comment of Eth, pre staked version, being past the statue of limitation as far as the SEC’s pursuit of securities law enforcement/action. Do you believe the SEC still would have an ability to pursue Eth since it’s conversion to proof of stake? Secondly you mentioned that if STE were to fracture/weaken that it would be disastrous. Were you implying strictly to Ste or both Ste and Eth? What could cause Stes implosion and what is the likelihood?

Great interview btw. And as a bitcoin maxi, I always appreciate the information and opinions you share in interviews.

1. I do believe they do have the ability to pursue post pos transition, but it’s a harder case legally.

2. I do believe it would effect both ste and eth, though I’m not well versed to speculate on the likely causes for a depegging scenario

Thank you for the response. These would be great topics for further discussion in future interviews should an opportunity present itself.

So does this mean Ethereum proponents like pegging?
