well, on a rare occasion, i was just trying to do something practical. well, in an impractical way. thus the slip and the slash. i wasn't drunk either. so don't go thinking that alcohol is the source of all knife wounds. because it's about equal chance i think, if you have practised the knifery.

definitely. i sliced the tip of my finger off last year, and I have pretty good discipline in safe cutting practices from working at restaurants
idk maybe i need to stick to baby food and spoons
i also have had bad bleeds on previous occasions and this wasn't nearly as bad.
the worst one i was high on shrooms and fell on a broken thing that had been repaired. no, i was stone cold sober at the time. i stopped the bleeding and sought further more secure bandaging and i was ok. but i had NOTHING in the house to treat it.
i bought many things on the visit to teh pharmacy to ensure i had future measures. they sit under the sink now should i make a mess again but the experience made me a lot more cautious.
i was alone, if i had not stopped the bleeding i could have bled out. it was no joke.
