You say that like it's easy. Most weeks I interact with maybe one female who is not a relative.

Try talking to more, even talk to random strangers. You will get better at it. Most men don’t excel at it at first and that’s okay.

Nope. I'm the opposite. I talk more to other people than nearly anyone I know. It's just that I don't really interact with people out in the world much.
