I cannot copy text content from #WhatsApp messages in Android 14. This means I have to use a desktop app to use WhatsApp content by copying and pasting things. What is the matter here? Does the #iOS app also operate so terribly ?

I wouldn’t say that’s horrible, it sounds like they are trying to protect your privacy.
As far as the iOS version, you would have to ask the Europeans, Americans use iMessage.
