I talk to so many people who are spending significant effort and discipline to lose weight. It’s unfortunate that these efforts and intents are often crushed by failure due to a lack of understanding about how our biological systems change their relationship with diet and lifestyle over time. I hope some of these numerous individual conversations help to enable some of these people to change their lifestyles in meaningful and fulfilling ways. ❤️

Actually pretty simple: HEALTHY eating — ⬆️⬆️ higher intake of protein (fish, tofu, chicken breast) ⬇️⬇️⬇️ much less simple carbs, lots of veggies & fruits, healthy fats (avocado, extra virgin olive oil), walnuts & almonds and EXERCISE, lots!
I have lost ~8 lbs but it tooks me weeks and via naturally — no expensive injections or pills — the old fashioned way!
Still indulge in dessert, chips & fried food occasionally tho!
