Well, as someone who currently lives in The United States it's in my best interest to support U.S. Hegemony, and I think for most European countries, and countries that are more Liberal (in the economic sense) it is ideal to maintain U.S. position in The Global order.

While China's economy has Liberalized over the past few years, they are not doing it for Liberty reasons but rather for economic interests.

The ideal is to make the world more Classically Liberal, and unfortunately Pervasive States like The CCP, Russia, and Yes The U.S. government make that task difficult, however, we can dismantle the state overtime.
