Had a significant setback with my knee injury, the other day.

Must've slept poorly on it, because it felt really stiff and was hurting badly in the morning.

Was so happy with how my recovery was going and was already planning to get back in the gym, by the end of this week.

Well.. that's not gonna happen.

I just want to go kick the bag and pads. Is that too much to ask for? 😩
