1 BTC can be divided into 100,000,000 Satoshis. And if there is a need, we can calculate even in Milisatoshis or Microsatoshis.

It will happen that you may stop talking about Bitcoin to anyone, for your own safety, but maybe you will be living in a castle or your own private island in the Caribbean.
Transactions will probably start to get more expensive and the network could become unusable. Could also collapse as a result of being unusable, I think.
