Once. Some people do it twice on Samourai wallet. I think once it’s already fine.
5. Don't consolidate UTXO's after mixing.
Maybe 5 minimum. But you can adjust this limit to any other, using Sparrow wallet,. Reached that mixed number, it sends every Utxo mixed to cold storage automatically.
