They believe zap button on notes facilitates selling digital content which violates one of their guidelines. It's complete horseshit and they know that. The only conclusion is guidelines don’t really mean anything and app devs are at the complete whim of whatever reviewer they get that day and can be threatened to be removed for any reason. It's an abusive system that must be destroyed.
