Kinda I’ve been doing that most of my life so my body is used to it
I workout for about an hour a day.. weights or high intense cardio.. sometimes mild.. and I’m just fine at one meal a day
Wow that’s intense! I do a lot of walking, Pilaties, some-what surfing and that’s about enough for me!
I live in Canada so walking in snow is not the fun..when it’s gone I do too.. so mostly gym for winter months with a sauna recovery
