#Plebs, I need some advice. I'm slowly trying to #PurplePill, and I have not yet perfected my words when explaining what #Nostr is.

Do you think it's necessary for me to explain that Nostr is a protocol and then try to explain, in the simplest way possible, the difference between a protocol and an app?

- This might result in some confusion and a longer onboarding process.

Alternatively, do you think I should just avoid possibly confusing my friends and go with their idea of calling Nostr an app?

- In the future, they might ask me why I didn't explain the difference 🥵🤷‍♀️.
