When you have to wear a face mask to hide your identity from the public to remove graffiti you've already lost the argument.
If he was removing a big set of dick and balls he wouldn't be wearing a mask and they probably wouldn't have built an obstruction.
This isn't a guy who is taking organized criminals to jail. He is removing a piece of art that resonates with normal people.
