Depressing replies here.

I would absolutely feel responsibility to ensure the survival of humans.

What id actually do about it - not sure. But I would feel a greater sense of needing to become multi planetary for example and would probably worry more about a great filter that wipes us out.

This seems to be the age thing. The older you grow, the more you realize that you should focus on what you do best and don’t worry about overall species. The things tend to workout in the end, with or without your involvement 🐶🐾🫡
