Can someone who knows more about crypto than me explain why #bitcoin is better than nano?

There are a lot of aggressive nano peddlers on Reddit and I don’t know enough to say why they’re wrong. Is anyone willing to provide in depth insight? Anything I google has endless “why nano is better than #bitcoin” articles.
