No problem! #welcome to #nostr!

Check out alby browser extension or wallet of Satoshi, they are easiest to get started. Once you get one of them if you go to “receive” then it should give you a lightning address which looks like an email address.

Then copy paste that into your Nostr client profile.

WoS has a mobile app so some people like that more. Both are custodial so some people prefer to run their own lightning node. Both are generally good
