Really cool! I’d go with the logo on its own at the front and the yellow at the back, could be a touch darker if you think it’s to bright to be clearly readable from far. A darker yellow-orange from the front logo.
I would play with different fonts for have you seen him at the back and aligned them with the square of the image a bit more (so they’re not sticking out if that makes sense.

Looks good! At first I thought I prefer the previous logo at the front, but actually, the whole tishirt looks visually cleaner now. It looks more like one design whereas the previous ones looked like a combination of a few designs. If that makes sense.
