Z-12 should go to both sender and recipient.

I think rather not. The receiver is not involved at all (except for publishing a zappable pubkey to a common relay). This is the nice thing about Bitcoin in general, isn’t it?

Z11 and Z12 is the zap receipt, that should be published to the write relays of the sender IINM.

Isn’t Z10 the receipt? It already goes to the relay of the receiving client

Can't remember, and its an old diagram anyways. He just published a newer version.
