Not arguing that.
I am pointing out that people are losing their minds about tariffs when we've been taxed incessantly for decades. Government overreach didn't start yesterday.

I think people upset about tariffs are probably just pointing at the inherent contradictions of the new administration. Trump ran on the promise of lowering the cost of living but starting a trade war will only increase prices.
Next comes the carveouts for any of his constituencies that complain loud enough.
Meanwhile, I’m buying the bitcoin dip.
Maybe the system needs to be challenged. It's not clear to me how to best end the system without millions getting hurt.
