One thing I worry about often is tunnel vision. If you look at something from one angle long enough, you can develop blind spots to entirely new ways of doing things.
I see this very often in developers and designers, and have fallen victim to it myself.
The best "cure" I've found so far is to work on multiple things at once, and listen to many outside perspectives often.
I go out of my way to listen to people I disagree with just to make sure I don’t end up in a bubble.
