I have a carbon steel wok which is decent but i want to try stainless steel.

You won’t regret it!

I have a stainless steel pot so i figured i should be able to fry something in it, i was surprised how well it worked. Teflon taught us all bad habits of not waiting for the pan to get hot enough. If you use it right food does not stick... mostly i do not use it right though 😃
