i wonder if the real reason so many governments hate bitcoin is because by not owning it, it removes the majority of their percieved moral arguments that they have a right to take a percentage of every transaction?

The reason they hate #Bitcoin is because it forces them to be more accountable with how they manage your other money (Fiat).

Bitcoin forces them to justify how they're spending your money, and on what. It does this with every day that passes, and every increase in Bitcoin's universal value.

No, they do own it. I mean, not the system itself but a large share. I think it's long past the notorious 51% already.
