Can't stop relying on relays to host data, but can make easy proof of both signatures during uploading, to proof that it was uploaded. And store that locally or within the link itself.

IPFS links are basically fingerprints of data (hashes) organized in merkel trees. They are perfect for identifying immutable data. You can use IPFS out-of-box by using Brave browser. Try accessing this:
