I am assuming it's a nostr signing device, just like a bitcoin signing device. Your private key is on the Ledger and you use it to sign transactions on Nostr. 🤙🏻

Exact @DerekRoss. Based on NIP-07 your favorite Nostr web client can use a Ledger stick to manage your nostr key and sign events.
