According to a release from U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), AFRICOM forces, the February 1st strikes on ISIS-Somalia cave complexes resulted in a death of 14 ISIS-Somalia operatives, including key decisions-maker, recruiter, and financier Ahmed Maeleninine. Maeleninine was in charge of deploying jihadi operatives into the U.S. and Europe as well according to the release. No civilians were killed in the strikes.
