The only thing "normies" care is how to make money doing what they like, you can start from there. Goes both ways for supporting and getting support.
The difference between the two is:
1. Your graph (follows and followed) are connected to your npub and thus your identity will remain the same even if you get banned from zap.stream (HUGE DEAL). You don't like zap.stream then you can take your bussiness elsewhere (nothing else built yet for streaming that I know of) without having to build a new follower list, all your graph moves with you and re-starting becomes a thing of the past.
2. There is a way to get money directly to you without the need of other entities, a lot faster and no minimum required to cash out. Bitcoin Number go up sores and everybody lose their mind.
As for Bitcoiners they should get the second part, the first point is where people get lost but they will move eventually, because it is very well aligned with the B-Principles.
Nostr needs tons of work, most clients like zap.stream are full of bugs but it is such a joy to know that all my graph will continue to exist even if a client bans me.
