So UK are apparently introducing a 'wealth tax'. What's quite interesting is that there used to be a common argument that millionaires will in fact not flew the country, specifically London, as it it is a desirable cultural/nightlife hub. It's not an argument you hear nowadays with the closure of clubs, the increase in enshitification of art institutions, phone snatchers, people milling about on the street etc etc.

Not commenting on the wealth tax itself, just a curious argument that seems to have disappeared from the online left.
