i think that "don't send me events with id" is a good thing for bandwidth generally
but "don't send me events with pubkey "asshat" is also quite an important improvement in the filter search mechanism
because every time i see nostrudel sucking down a gigaton of events to update it displays "asshat" posts that i specifically don't want to see
