Whats the interest rate these day? I got in pretty good a year ago
First home in 2007 my rate was 7.1%. Today, current home & rate, refinanced in 2021 is 2.59%
Even though my home has appreciated 2x in 8yrs, there is no a chance that I'm selling at this point.
