Occasionally it works. I think one option could be if the person serving you were simply to accept a payment from you in sats and then pay the bill in cash or debit themselves. Then they’re basically just buying non-KYC bitcoin from you.

I think if it’s a small vendor or a personal business it could work, i feel like they’d be more open about adoption it

I always offer to help them set up a wallet. It’s worth asking. My coffee shop doesn’t accept it yet but the guy who works there does. 😉
