Where would one start to learn about designimg custom silicone chips?

I want to design an asic chip that heats up first but hashes second.
Not PCB's?
If yes pcb, I want Nano Dimension’s Firefly
ASIC chip. Sha256 but it gets really hot. Think oven coil replacement.
