That's a backwards logic, my friend.
The fee is there to combat spam, not to judge on what is and what is not spam.
Having an anti-spam mechanism doesn't mean spam is no longer possible or doesn't exist.
So much for "obvious facts".
If I only want to receive emails that pay me 1 sat, and my inbox is then flooded with scam emails that are all paying 1 sat, does that make those emails "not spam"?
