Did a quick chard harvest tonight. Gave it a chop, sautéed with garlic, salt and pepper in Wagyu tallow. Grilled up some grass fed ribeye from Butcher Box to go with it. Damn solid meal. The key with chard is chop the stems separate from the greens and give them a decent cook first, then just wilt the greens in.

Not even a little bit.

I’ve used your tip on chopping the stems and dealing with them first for a little while now since I heard the tip on The Survival Podcast.

It completely turned around how I use leaves like chard.
