Yep. You don't get hydrogen without putting a lot of excess energy in. And it's notoriously hard to store and transport, not feasible to liquify.
if you have heard about this "amazing fuel called green hydrogen" ignore everything that individual says.
hydrogen is untenable without a massive amount of base load energy inputs like nuclear powering electrolysis
