I haven't opened the Phoenix App in a long time. I just opened it and it says the channel closing. The SATA Score is 0. Has anyone else encountered this? How do I fix it?

That is concerning... Although I'm not using it very frequently I've never been logged out for more than a few months.
What about sending & receiving a few sats from another wallet to see what happens?
I'd GUESS that there is some timeout after inactivity... Just a hunch
ACINQ will close your inactive channels over time. Follow the instructions here on how to recover the on-chain balance to a new Lightning channel or another address.
