How do you like having a freeze dryer? I’m contemplating it but it’s a big purchase
It is a major purchase. It is very handy and preserves food better than I know of. I'm happy we got it, but it is a big decision.
Do you primarily use it for personal food preservation? It seems there is a growing niche for freeze dried snack foods and the idea of garden fresh produce freeze dried for textural and shelf stable benefits is very appealing
