No not a client, it basically makes a new nostr key for every thread on /g based off the relays listed in the constants, the 4chan interface is a meme
I know nothing but it's still using the protocol, but is unlike a twitter-style social media client eg here , where we are speaking. Seems like a cool idea to me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
