the whole point is not to STOP people from immigrating .. it is to enable them stay wherever they are !

No one wants to live away from their motherland unless it is not for the economic incentives ..

The Sanskrit saying is

जननी जन्म भूमिश्च , स्वर्गात अपी गरीयसी।।

Mother and mother land is better than heaven !

Once we remove financial incentive of migration, the only reason of travel becomes tourism .. always welcome just like migratory birds are always welcome ..

That makes Vasudha a Kutumb :-) ..
