Fwiw, I didn't realize this was an extremely popular take going around rn. I saw someone vaguely questioning if any of the Epstein hype was real, tried to look back into the sources, and it turns out there's no evidence for 80% of the things he was accused of.

There's really no evidence he intentionally hired any underaged girls. He certainly didn't hire any "children." The lowest he's ever even been accused of hiring is legal in most of Europe.

All we really have is a bunch of schizo Holocoaster-esque stories that were publicized at the height of the #MeToo movement, which we all more or less agree was a mass hysteria event.

Much of the lack of evidence is due to the suicides of both Epstein and Brunel cutting their trials short. There is still some stuff out there though.
