Once you have a real estate portfolio you can hire an agency to manage the property for you and most landlords do that at least where I am.

Admittedly though it's not exactly "free money" - margins are much tighter than people assume in most cases, insurance can be more hassle than the RE investment is worth, etc.

Best to put that capital into Bitcoin instead imo 👌
