For example if Tylenol had a one in a million deaths or serious injuries when used as directed, it would have to be removed from the market.

Zero deaths or serious injuries is the only acceptable standard for a drug administered to the general public or population, when used or administered as directed.

The aforementioned has always been the minimum acceptable safety standard for a drug or a vaccine. The so-called covid drugs and vaccines are criminal. You can't actually equate them to anything you could call safety standards lol. It's ridiculous. It's obscene, and it's criminal.

The rate of adverse events is only relevant below the threshold of death or serious injury, for any and all drugs administer to the general public.

That's why when talking about death or serious adverse events we refer to them as Signals! The rate is only relevant at determining whether or not the drug or vaccines are actually killing or injuring people.

If there's a strong Signal! that the drug etc is actually killing or seriously harming people, then it has to be removed from the market immediately. It goes without saying that if you get those signals during clinical trials you can't put the drug or vaccine on the market. The so called Covid vaccines should never have made it to market.

The safety standards they're using. Are ones that were loosened for individuals wanting to try experimental treatments for terminal illness like cancer or AIDS. NOT! for the general population.
