if it doesnt exist i think that it would be very welcome a app that is able to build a relay list based on the people that you follow

example

user1(relay1)(relay2)

user2(relay1)(relay3)

user3(relay2)(relay3)(relay5)

user4(relay1)

user5(relay3)(relay5)

user6(relay4)

the list build would be (relay1),(relay3),(relay4)

the list would be based on relays most used by who you follow(1,3) and then it would add the relays that only some specific people have(4)

off course each relay should show if is free or paid.
