Probably got the location from the image metadata then had some fun? Opsec is so hard but one thing I do is run any images I plan to upload through ImageOptim to strip the metadata.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. EXIF data. ExifEraser or Scrambled Exif from Fdroid would help. Or just stop your phone from adding that geodata to your pics.
