Any time anything is treated as a "utility" it's pretty much doomed to over-regulation and becoming worse and more expensive over time, while simultaneously the big companies that now hold onto most of the internet are "too big to fail" and can promote regulatory capture to prevent competition. It's all part of the Fiat system, it's all designed to capture every single person. It's disgusting.
