Yes, CS is responding (for now)
But it’s clearly going though a liquidity crunch because many are unloading sats off their app and more than likely closing lightning channels because trust has been lost.

Eh. They serve a specific kind of customer, and they aren’t pretending to be non-custodial or to insure your funds.
My experience was pretty stressful as well, but it was my mistake for moving significant funds into the wallet, knowing full-well the risk of rug. But in any case, I’m relieved they were able to help you exit during what must have been a pretty insane work weekend 😉
