#grownostr So, I went for a walk in my woods yesterday and a few hours later...a tick embedded itself on my chest. What are your tips for controlling ticks? Natural antibiotics to get rid of tick-borne junk?

Also always wear long sleeves, long pants and socks and you can use some insect repellent before going into the forest
