Or just do like I did almost 2 months ago and change your life yourself. I have a good direct primary care doc, I'll let them know eventually.

They have that now, it’s called Ozempic. You have to stay on it for the rest of your life. Our you could just take responsibility for what you’ve done to yourself, either way
