Explain how he is in DEEP trouble? If the price of btc goes down more, MSTR will go down more. Is that deep trouble? If so this is very click baity / uninteresting. Or are you saying he will get liquidated? That would be more interesting but show some analysis (if btc price hits x i think mnav falls to y, etc).
