The British Council Office was left nearly destroyed in last night’s Russian ballistic missile strike on Kyiv.

In response, the U.K. Foreign Ministry has summoned the Russian Ambassador, while Prime Minister Keir Starmer accused President Vladimir Putin of “sabotaging peace” in ongoing negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
