Yessss! 60-60-60 for me, though the pushups and sit-ups had some momentary rests in between 😅

A+, slept all day so didn't have a chance to add the new addition: 10 minute walk-jog-run combo, but I will shoot for tomorrow. Even though I am doing a 16 hour shift, I am going to try....worse case scenario, I will start Monday
